An application for one of our services is always freely possible. We will, firstly, always discuss the wishes and possibilities, after which we will draw up a personal quotation for you. Please be aware to timely make an application, so the quotation can be timely made and signed. The sooner we receive the application, the better! Making an application is possible both through emailing to: info@fireandglow.nl or through calling or sending a Whatsapp message to: +31628184739 / +31637170173.

We must have received the agreement to the quotation in time for the requested service. For shows we must have received the signed quotation before 14 days in advance. For workshops or walking acts we must have received the signed quotation before 7 days in advance.  Without a timely signature, we cannot fulfill the service.

The signature must be sent to us either as a digital signature or a written and scanned signature by email.

Together with the quotation, we will send our terms and conditions. Agreement to the quotation automatically means agreement to our terms and conditions. See also our page "Terms and conditions" on this website.

After sending the signed quotation, the customer must inform us in writing about a cancellation. In addition to an email, a phone call or Whatsapp message is appreciated.

Cancelling free of cost is possible up to 14 days before a show or up to 7 days before walking acts or workshops. After this term 50% of the quotation amount, travel costs excluded, will be charged in case of cancellation. When cancellation happens within 48 hours to the time of the service, 100% of the quotation amount, travel costs excluded, will be charged. When cancellation happens on the day of the service, full price including travel costs will be charched.

Everything we might additionally need form the customer or the location will be discussed in the week leading up to the service. Think of: music, access to power, lighting, the right surface, potential security etc.
